How to manage your account

To manage your account visit and click on the 'My Account' button. Input your customer number and zip code to login. Once you have logged in, you can do the following:

     • Renew your subscription.
     • Change your mailing/email address.
     • Check on the status of your subscription.
     • Confirm your last payment.
     • Give a gift subscription.

How to find your customer number

Your mailing label should look similar to the one shown below. The customer number is shown highlighted in yellow.

How to renew your subscription

To renew your subscripion login to 'My Account' using the INET number on your renewal notice and click on the 'View Details' button. If your account status is 'Expired' click on the 'Expired' link to begin the renewal process. If your account status is 'Active' there is no need to renew your subscription at this time.

How to find your INET number

Your INET number appears on your renewal notice directly above the mailing address as show in the image below.

How to change your address

To change your address login to 'My Account' and click on the 'Change Mailing/Email Address' link. Input any changes and click on the 'Submit' button.

How to check on your back issue order

When you place a back issue order, you will recieve an email confirmation. Click on the link provided in the email to review and track your order. If you have any questions or problems with the order, please email us or call 800.434.3339. Be sure to reference your Order ID Number.
